February is American Heart Month and it's a great time to talk about juicing for a healthy heart. Luckily for me and my family, we love homemade juice and whip up some type of juicy concoction several times every week. Sometimes we use all veggies, sometimes all fruit or we'll toss in a combination of them to come up with something delicious.
The American Heart Association recommends eating 4-5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Juicing is an EASY way to meet this daily recommendation with delicious fresh squeezed concoctions. Like most people, I don't get enough servings of them every day, so one way we can all get more is to start juicing.
HUROM, global market leader for premium slow juicers with patented slow squeeze technology, has a delicious recipe to help you reach the daily recommended value! What an interesting combination of ingredients.
