Irish Farmhouse Cocktail Recipe

St. Patrick's Day is just a few days away and many of us are planning our Luck of the Irish parties. Every year my husband and I look forward to St. Paddy's Day but neither of us are Irish, but we do love to party and have some fun!

Irish Farmhouse Cocktail Recipe

2 oz Irish whiskey
½ oz Crème de Cassis
2 tbsp Orange Marmalade
1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
1 dash Cinnamon
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Ginger Ale
Seltzer

Preparation: Fill a shaker with ice. Add first six ingredients and shake well until chilled and marmalade is dissolved. Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with half ginger ale and half seltzer.
