Hospital Physical Therapy Dogs!

I recently spent a long 6 1/2 weeks (yes you read that correctly) in the hospital thanks to the rare genetic disease called Porphyria that I suffer from. As you can imagine, it can get very depressing & lonely in there at times and I must say...I am very impressed with the hospital that I use.

The hospital that I go to has pet therapy, art therapy, craft therapy, physical therapy, occupation therapy and so much more.

I look forward to the pet therapy the most because the dogs that come around for the therapy are just way too cute! I wish every hospital would invest in this type of therapy program as it really does cheer up the patients who are in there...especially patients who are in there for weeks on end.

Let me introduce you to one of the therapy dogs named Tucker...isn't he cute? I just adore him!
