Moist Chocolate Cake Brownies Recipe

I love to make brownies and sometimes I will make fudgy brownies and at other times I will make cake brownies. All of this is in regards to the brownies texture and moistness. Today I am sharing with all of you one of my favorite cake-like chocolate brownie recipes.

Chocolate Cake Brownies Recipe

1/2 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 squares of unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons light cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts or peanuts

In a large mixing bowl sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Melt the chocolate in a bowl and stir in the butter. Beat in the granulated sugar and large eggs, beat well. Gradually beat in the flour mixture until all ingredients are combined. Add in the light cream and vanilla extract, beat again. Stir in the chopped nuts.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour brownie batter into an 8" square baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until done. Let cool or serve warm.
